Overview

I had the incredible honor of serving as Public Relations Co-Head for my Acapella group, Low Key, for nearly a year and a half. That role gave me hands-on experience in social media marketing and creative design that has shaped the way I approach projects today. The strategies I learned, the campaigns I helped build, and the late-night design sessions taught me how to communicate our voice effectively and creatively, and those lessons are things I carry into my work now. I’ll never forget the time I spent building our presence and connecting with our audience; those memories and skills are woven into who I am as a leader. Now, as Low Key’s president, I’m so proud of how this journey as PR co-head helped me develop the skills I needed to be a successful leader. Additionally, I am eternally grateful to call this group my JMU family.
